Reflecting on my journey as a creative educator, I've witnessed the evolution of technologies and methodologies firsthand. As an indigenous professor, I created a local business school, collaborated with numerous companies to develop custom corporate training programs, and designed hundreds of trainings and courses with local teams of instructional designers and technologists. This 18-year journey has been a testament to the transformative power of education and the pivotal role that culturally relevant and technologically advanced instruction plays in shaping my journey.
Evolution of Technologies in Education
When I first started, traditional classroom settings with chalkboards and overhead projectors were the norm. Over the years, I've seen a seismic shift towards digital learning environments. The advent of e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and interactive multimedia content has revolutionized the way we impart knowledge.
