Asiwaju Youths Passes Law to Allow Industrial Production of Cannabis in Africa

Asiwaju Youths parliament passed a law legalizing the cultivation of cannabis for Africa Industrial Lands, Educational centers and Health Purposes, a move that will help the African Youth Farmers and Nation's grab a share of the multi-billion dollar global canabis industry.


Asiwaju Youths Parliament and The DigitalDepartment of Narcotics Control Commission are hoping to meet for the Amendment Bill review process with the National Digital Drug Law Enforcement.



This passage opens the door for public private partnership with registered companies to obtain digital licenses to grow the plant that has no more than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol on a dry-weight basis, decriminalization and legalization of canabis will elevate the youths productive thinking ability and decision making, controlling the illicit market trades as millions of dollars will slay in the communities of Farmers, elevating our people to their financial prosperity by 2030.
